Snorkelers
and fisherman: The favorite snorkeling spot is Three Mary's
Cays which can be reached by walking along the beach, using our
bicycles or renting a car. Or hire a guide to take you on a 1/2
or all day trip. A guide is needed to find the best areas for
bone fishing or snorkel spots at our magnificent barrier
reef 500 yards off shore. For those who don't snorkel
or fish, there are many other attractions around the island.

RESERVATION and DEPOSIT INFORMATION
GUEST RESERVATION AND DEPOSIT POLICY :
When email reservation is received, your choice accommodations will be reserved. Jo Anne will reply confirming dates via email and include the deposit instructions your ask for ( in U.S.dollars) to either wire transfer to our island Bank or send via Fed'x, certified or cashiers check direct to Miami bank address given. Upon receipt of funds, you then will receive guaranteed accommodations via email. Inquire about Credit Card Deposit for reservations.
DEPOSIT:
From date of my email, You then have FIVE working days to send your 50% room deposit of total nights. If, we do not receive your reservation deposit within that time frame your accommodations are cancelled without notice. When Your deposit is applied to your total rental amount. It is NOT a damage deposit. Also, we do not have any hidden charges. BALANCE: Payable by Cash Or Travelers Cheques on arrival at check in.
GUEST CANCELLATION:
Your deposit IS honoured for other available dates for same type reservations within six months from date of original reservation. We offer no refund once deposit received. We are not responsible for cancellations or if one wishes to depart our islands before your stay is over.
MISC. INFORMATION :
Sorry, we do not accept children under age of 10 yrs. Sorry, no pets because of Sam our Dog . Also,Two favorite Cats show up for outdoor meals.
